
San Manuel lies in the central western part of the province of Isabela. It is bounded on the north by the municipality of Roxas, on the south by the municipality of Aurora, on the east by the municipality of Burgos, all in the province of Isaebla and stretched westward to the municipality of Parasilis and Potia (now Alfonsolista), Mountain Province.
